USA," Steamboat offers a large ski area, plenty of off-the-slope activities and a
huge variety of terrain. The mountain offers great tree skiing, wide open meadows, long
bump runs and groomed cruisers. Steamboat plays heavily on its 'genuine western town'
status although the convenient, modern slopeside development, 3 miles from the original
settlement, has no such pretensions.
We fly into Hayden, located
just 25 miles from Steamboat Springs. Our accommodations are at Storm
Meadows Condominiums, located directly on the mountain. All accommodations have full
kitchen and fireplace.
